Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS made within 24 hours of your appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 50% of your service price. Per our policy, Wild Heart requires 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For clients who booked for Lip blush, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel or reschedule, you will lose your deposit.
